Age / identity verification of players

All regulated operators must verify the identity of each customer to prevent identity theft or fraud and to confirm that the customer is old enough to gamble.

We must check the details of our customers as soon as they open an account and then again and again at regular intervals. This is to ensure that the data we hold is correct and up-to-date. Only after the verification is complete you can deposit money, bet or access other gambling products (real money or play money).

In most cases the verification is automatic, but in some cases, we need additional information. In these cases, the verification is done by third parties. You may receive a message asking you to upload documents.

Depending on the type of verification, different document types are accepted, including (subject to additional document types):

1.)        Valid driver’s license with photo (suitable address)
2.)        Valid passport (only the photo page)
3.)        Valid identity card (front and back)
4.)        Bank/savings account statement (issued within the last 3 months)
5.)        Certificate of issue of a credit/debit card or pre-paid card (issued within the last 3 months)
6.)        Cell phone, electricity, water or gas bill (issued within the last 3 months)
7.)        Tax assessment of the municipality (issued in the current tax year)
8.)        Rental agreement (issued within the last 12 months)
9.)        Proof of mortgage or housing loan
10.)      Insurance certificate for car, house or cell phone (issued within the last 12 months)
11.)      Confirmation of admission to the university or confirmation of admission (issued within the last 12 months)
12.)      Extract from the catalog (issued within the last 3 months)
13.)      Employment contract or payment slip with clearly visible address (issued within the last 3 months)
14.)      Certificate of Marriage
15.)      Certificate of the change of name

In addition to verifying your identity as part of your registration, you may be asked to provide additional information, e.g. the amount deposited in your account.
